Ordering your product:
Currently the majority of our orders are dealt with via email or over the telephone. You can email your order through to a member of Lumberjack Logs or speak to one of our advisors regarding your order. Alternatively, please fill in the form below and a member of the Lumberjack Logs team will respond as soon as possible.

Our working hours for deliveries: 9am-5pm on Monday-Friday & 9am-12pm on Saturday
Our working hours for the office: 10am-4pm on Monday-Friday (please email or leave a message if no answer)
Delivery
We offer free local delivery* of our quality firewood across Merseyside and West Lancashire within a 10mile driving distance of our premises in Little Crosby. This includes all of the below places and many more:
Ainsdale, Aintree, Birkdale, Blundellsands, Bootle, Crosby, Formby, Freshfield, Hightown, Huyton, Ince Blundell, Kirkby, Knowsley, Little Crosby, Liverpool, Netherton, Ormskirk, Prescot, Sefton, Southport, Speke, Tarleton, Thornton, Walton, Waterloo, Wavertree and West Derby.
*To qualify for free local delivery a minimum order of £45.00 is required.
A small delivery fee will be added if delivery is outside of the 10 mile driving distance.
Delivery Information
If you require delivery outside of this radius please contact us to discuss the order.
We aim to deliver your order within 5 working days, however, due to uprecedented demand particularly during the winter seasons, this may be subject to longer lead times.
We deliver on a flat bed tipper van and back up on your drive / pathway as close to where you want the logs as possible. Please speak to us regarding any specific delivery requirements.
Place an order
To place an order please leave your name, email address, full postal address and contact number along with the products you would like to order and we will book your order in. We accept cash or cheque on delivery or you can pay by bank transfer (our bank details will be on the invoice).
