1. The price of all goods and services advertised on this website are inclusive of any applicable UK taxes including VAT.
Whilst Lumberjack Logs will try to ensure that prices on this website are accurate, the company is not responsible for errors that may occur.
2. All dimensions quoted on this website are approximate.
3. All goods are subject to availability.
4. Any e-mail or other electronic acknowledgement by Lumberjack Logs as a receipt of an order placed does not constitute legal acceptance of an order. All orders are subject to approval.
5. No warranties or representations are made about any goods other than as expressly contained on this website.
6. Lumberjack Logs excludes liability for any injury, damage or loss, in particular consequential loss, arising from the use of any goods ordered via this website.
7. If for any reason Lumberjack Logs is unable to deliver on an agreed date then no liability, whether in damages or otherwise, for delay of whole or any part of the goods ordered shall be assumed by the company.
8. Lumberjack Logs will not accept any liability for damages to property caused during delivery.
9. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Lumberjack Logs of any access problems for delivery. If delivery arrangements are not satisfactory then Lumberjack Logs reserves the right to cancel the order.
10. The customer, or somebody appointed by the customer, should be at the delivery point to accept the delivery.
11. The customer must understand that firewood is a perishable product, which must be properly stored with no risk of water damage.
12. Lumberjack Logs require any complaint to be made by a customer within 48 hours of delivery.
13. Customers are required to pay the invoice total on delivery.
14. 28 day payment conditions apply at Lumberjack Logs discretion.
